What are your rates?
There is no one answer. Since all our services are customized to fit your needs our prices are customized to fit the task and your budget. But here is a general guide:
Cleaning Services run about $30/hour for scheduled cleanings and includes cleaning of all common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, main bathroom). Since some homes are larger or are more lived in, this price may be higher. The best way to get an accurate idea of the cost is to provide me with detailed information about your home (size, occupants, etc) or have me out for a
free quote.
Special requests and cleaning services will be quoted case by case.
All Other Services (Organizing, Decluttering, Redecorating and Staging) will include a basic consultation that is $50. This will include a walk through of your home and include a detailed description of what needs to be done and will include a proposal with my quote based on your needs.
Full Services start at $30/hour depending on size or area.
Assistance services start at $20/hour
Detailed Services are an additional $30/room. In addition to your basic consultation this will provide you not only with what needs to be done but direction on how to do it, details on where to get any needed supplies, how to use them and I am available to answer any questions you may have as you go.
Do you provide your own supplies?
Yes. I will provide all the needed supplies to clean your home. You may request "green" cleaners be used. If there are specific cleaners or items that you would like to be used I will be happy to use them if you provide them or I can purchase them and pass the exact cost to you.
Why are scheduled cleanings important?
Dirt and grim isn't just gross. It is hazardous to your home and your health. Worst of all sometimes it can't be seen. Regularly scheduled cleanings keep allergens, carcinogens and other dangerous contaminants out of your home. This reduces your risk of illness, allergies, asthma and other medical conditions. It also keeps your home looking great. Dirt and dust are abrasive and can wear down your carpets, furniture and the longer it sits the harder it is to clean and some damage is irreparable. And sometimes cleaning can be done wrong and cause damage to surfaces and belongings. I use only green and earth friendly cleaners and have experience in cleaning. Plus cleaning by an experienced professional is one less thing you have to worry about.
How frequently should my home be cleaned?
Though daily maintenance and upkeep is important, minimum cleanings are suggested. For homes with pets, smokers or those with residents with medical conditions weekly cleanings may be a better choice.
Do I need to be home when you work?
No. You are welcome to be home but it is not necessary. Just be sure to leave your key in the predetermined place or give me a copy.
When will you come?
We will agree to a day. If you are scheduled for organizing, redecorating or staging we will set a time. For cleaning though most cleaning is done in weekday mornings to early afternoon.
What if I need to reschedule?
Due to my clients booking in advance please do all you can to not reschedule or cancel an appointment. I do understand that things may come up. Please make every effort to give at least 48 hour notice when possible.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at the time services are preformed. You may pay in advance or my arrival if you wish. Payment can be left on a counter or predetermined location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I can take cash, check, money order, credit card or paypal. Please not that a small additional fee of 3% will be added to all credit card or paypal payments. Bounced checks will be returned and due with any fees incurred.
What if I am not happy or satisfied?
After each service you will be left with a survey. If you find any problems with my work at all I encourage you to call me, email me or notify me so I can resolve it. Your happiness is my top priority.
What about pets and animals?
I love them! But I do not clean or take care of them for clients. Please be sure that I am aware of any pets in the home. If necessary please be sure they are secured, caged, crated or out of the way as I clean.
Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured?
Yes! As of the date I officially started working I was licensed, bonded and insured. I can provide certificates and proof upon request. I am a professional and want to give your home professional services and also give you peace of mind so it is important for me to not only operate legally but to also provide assurance for you.
